Assistance to Justice Actors

OJAH is working with expert partners to conduct rigorous analysis of our evidential holdings. OJAH aims to examine all of the inculpatory and exculpatory materials held in its catalog to identify incidents of crimes, the structures of responsible groups, and the roles of individual perpetrators. OJAH and its partners will present the findings of our analysis in the form of analytical reports and prosecutorial briefs to relevant authorities.

OJAH will provide information, evidence, and analysis to international and domestic justice actors in support of their ongoing investigations and prosecutions. Consideration will be given to the independent and impartial nature of justice actors' activities vis-a-vis the context of focus.
